RCA foundations

To those who are new to Revenue Cycle Analytics, this Terrain workshop is a starting point. Over 1.5 days, attendees build a strong foundation in the RCA platform through hands-on learning and real-world examples. They explore the core building blocks of the RCA reserve methodology, learn key concepts and terminology, and understand how to navigate the platform with confidence.
Attendees learn how to prepare for pre-close tasks like mapping, reconciling data, and identifying A/R trends. They also walk through the steps to complete month-end close in RCA and use key reports to review net revenue and support post-close analysis.
By the end of this track, participants can:
- Use reports to explain net revenue drivers and balance sheet changes.
- Complete a successful close in RCA.
- Communicate insights clearly and act based on analysis.
This training session is perfect for anyone looking to get comfortable with RCA and start using it effectively in their day-to-day work.
