Consent to collect data:

I hereby expressly consent to having Kodiak Solutions LLC and its affiliates, as well as third-parties including Sponsors of the event, collect and process the personal data that I submit for the purpose of administering and responding to my inquiries or requests. I acknowledge and agree that I have read the privacy policy and expressly consent to Kodiak Solutions LLC and its affiliates’ use of my personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. 

Photo and video consent:

Portions of the event may be electronically recorded by Kodiak Solutions LLC. By registering, you agree to permit audio, video, and photographic recording of your participation in sessions, and you authorize Kodiak Solutions LLC to use any audio, video, and photographic recordings of you at the event, and to reference your participation in the event, in each case in any format and for any lawful purpose, such as editorial content, publicity, illustrations, advertising, and web content. You hereby waive your right to inspect and/or approve any finished product. No individual or entity may electronically record any portion of the event without the prior written consent of Kodiak Solutions LLC.

Cancellation Policy:

Each event requires advance preparation, including staffing, materials, and other logistical arrangements made specifically for your reservation. When a cancellation occurs on short notice, many of these costs have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.

To help offset these expenses and maintain clear expectations for attendee commitment, below are the event cancellation terms. 

• No‑shows will not receive a refund or credit.
• 101+ days prior to the event: 100% refund.
• 31–100 days prior to the event: No refund. Organization substitutions are allowed if submitted in writing to events@kodiaksolutions.io.
• 0–30 days prior to the event: No refund and no substitutions allowed. Attendees will retain access to the attendee hub and session materials.
• Exceptions will be considered in cases of documented medical emergencies.
